Solid Electrolyte for Batteries

Technology: High performance solid electrolyte that is anticipated to have higher energy density than liquid electrolyte; Would replace liquid electrolyte Li-Ion batteries. Team is also working on a full battery cell combining novel anode and cathode technologies to fully capture the benefits of the high performance electrolytes

Benefit: Solid state electrolyte is safer and more reliable than liquid electrolyte, and may also have higher energy density
